Improved phone mirroring compatibility and update reliability
What’s new in this update
- Choose Auto, Hardware, or Compatibility (Software) for the phone-mirroring video decoder.
- If the hardware decoder produces no video, the app now switches to software decoding automatically to reduce persistent black screens.
- On Windows, decoder compatibility warnings now include graphics driver update guidance.
- Fixed an issue where stale update information could prevent the app from finding the newest version after a release.
- Version 1.6.2 is a required update.
