Privacy Policy

Website analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics to measure visited pages, approximate region, device information, and download and purchase journeys. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, cookies are used only after you consent, and before that only cookieless signals are sent. Elsewhere, measurement is on by default. We do not collect screen content or personal files. Declining does not limit the site or product, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings below.

1. Overview

FULLSTACKHUB ("we", "us", "our") operates the Any Display application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

Any Display sends screen and input data directly between your devices. We do not collect or store:

  • Screen content or video streams
  • Touch input data
  • Network traffic between your devices
  • Personal files or documents

2.2 Information We May Collect

  • Usage statistics: We send usage statistics to Google Analytics (Firebase) to improve the product. The website sends visited pages, approximate region, device information, and download and purchase journeys. The computer app sends the app version, operating system, the operating system’s region setting, feature use (viewing locked features, starting a trial, opening the upgrade and checkout pages, applying a license) and a random ID created at installation. The mobile apps send usage statistics such as the connection type and display mode. When a payment completes, our server sends the amount, currency, plan and billing type for revenue reporting. This payment record is sent in every region, and it is linked to app usage through the same random ID only if you consented to analytics. We do not send email addresses, account IDs, license keys or device identifiers.
  • Your choice: In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we send statistics only after you consent (before that, the website sends only cookieless signals). Elsewhere they are sent by default, and you can turn them off at any time in the website’s Cookie settings or in the computer app under Settings > Send usage statistics.
  • Crash Reports: Anonymous crash logs to fix bugs.
  • Purchase Information: Paid license payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. To issue licenses and provide support we store your email address, transaction ID, license key, and a device-identification hash. We never store card details.

3. Device-to-Device Connections

Local connections work over Wi-Fi or USB without the internet. Account-based remote connections use Fullstackhub Connect for negotiation, while encrypted WebRTC carries screen, audio, and input data directly between devices.

Communication between devices uses encrypted protocols on both local and remote connections. We implement industry-standard security measures.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Account, sign-in, and license data

Any Display uses an account-based sign-in and license system. Depending on how you sign in, we process:

  • Email address, display name, account identifier, and sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or email)
  • Encrypted sign-in tokens and session information needed to keep you signed in
  • Plan, trial, purchase, entitlement, registered-computer, and device-identification information
  • Connection metadata needed to discover devices on the same account and negotiate remote connections; screen, audio, camera, and input content is not stored by us

We use this data to authenticate you, prevent account mixing and fraud, activate purchases, enforce simultaneous sign-in limits, connect your devices, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. Google and Apple process identity-provider data under their own privacy policies; Paddle processes payment data; Firebase processes analytics and crash data subject to your consent settings.

Account and data deletion

  1. Delete your account from Account management in a supported Any Display desktop app, or request deletion from your registered email address at support@anydisplay.app.
  2. We verify ownership and complete email requests within 30 days.
  3. Deletion removes the login account, profile, email, sessions, registered-device information, trial claims, and account-linked access. Linked licenses are revoked and detached from the account.

Payment, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and deletion-request records may be retained for up to 10 years where required by law. Retained records are not used to sign in or provide the service and are deleted or anonymized after the retention period.
