Accounts and account-based access

• Version 1.7.0 and later uses a FULLSTACKHUB account for sign-in, device discovery, license activation, and plan enforcement. You may register by email or use a supported identity provider and must keep your account secure.
• Existing license keys remain valid and may be linked to an account. Once linked, the account entitlement—not a device-local key—is the source of access. A license already linked to another account cannot be claimed.
• Basic permits one simultaneous desktop sign-in, Pro permits two, and Premium permits five. Mobile-device simultaneous sign-ins are unlimited. Features remain subject to the plan shown at purchase.
• Deleting an account permanently ends account access, revokes linked licenses and trials, and cannot be undone. Legally required transaction records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Any Display ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Any Display is a screen extension application that allows you to use your iPad or Android tablet as a secondary display for your Mac or Windows computer. The App connects over local Wi-Fi networks or USB cable.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Service Usage

• Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases with no time limit.
• Yearly licenses can be used for one year from the payment date. Unless canceled, they renew automatically every year and the yearly price of your plan is charged to the original payment method. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in the app's License management, and you can keep using the license until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Basic can be registered on 1 computer; Pro on 2 computers; Premium on 5 computers. Before purchasing, a 3-day free trial is available in the app without payment details, once per device.

5. Paid License Purchase and Refund Policy

Except where required by law or approved by Paddle in its discretion, card and Pay purchases are final and non-refundable. Your license is issued immediately after payment. If you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the end of your withdrawal right during checkout, then register the license or start using the product, change-of-mind refunds and withdrawal are unavailable where permitted by applicable law. Before purchasing, you must use the feature trial to verify that all required features work with the actual computer, tablet, network, and applications you intend to use. Checkout requires your explicit confirmation that you completed this test. A device, operating-system, network, or feature compatibility issue that could have been identified during the feature trial does not by itself qualify for a refund. Mandatory statutory rights, including where the app differs from its sales description or cannot be used normally because of a product issue, remain unaffected. Send refund inquiries to support@anydisplay.app. An approved refund revokes the associated license and access rights. Refunds are handled under applicable law and the Paddle Refund Policy.

Additional Yearly terms: the refund policy above also applies to amounts charged on automatic renewal, and canceling during a period does not give a prorated refund for the remaining time. If you move to a higher plan during a period, the prorated difference for the remaining time is charged immediately to the original payment method; the plan changes only after that payment succeeds, and the new plan's yearly price is charged from the next renewal. If you buy a Lifetime license while on Yearly, Yearly automatic renewal is canceled immediately and the remaining Yearly period is not refunded.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by FULLSTACKHUB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. System Requirements & Compatibility

The App currently supports macOS 12.3–26, Windows 10/11, iOS/iPadOS 16–26, and Android 9–16. The supported OS range is subject to change. We do not guarantee compatibility with future OS versions released after the supported range listed above. Updates may be provided at our discretion but are not obligatory.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FULLSTACKHUB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
