ウェブ解析と Cookie

ウェブサイトでは Google Analytics を使用して、閲覧ページ、おおよその地域、端末情報、ダウンロードと購入の流れを測定します。EU・EEA・英国・スイスでは同意後にのみ Cookie を使用し、同意前は Cookie を使わない信号のみを送信します。その他の地域では既定で測定します。画面内容や個人ファイルは収集しません。拒否してもサイトや製品の利用は制限されず、下の Cookie 設定からいつでも変更できます。

1. 概要

FULLSTACKHUB（「当社」）はAny Displayアプリケーションを運営しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、当社がお客様の情報をどのように収集、使用、保護するかについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 収集しない情報

Any Displayは画面と入力データをデバイス間で直接送信します。以下の情報は収集、保存いたしません：

画面コンテンツまたはビデオストリーム
タッチ入力データ
デバイス間のネットワークトラフィック
個人ファイルまたは文書

2.2 収集する可能性のある情報

利用統計：製品改善のため、Google Analytics（Firebase）に利用統計を送信します。ウェブサイトは閲覧ページ、おおよその地域、端末情報、ダウンロードと購入の流れを送信します。パソコンアプリはアプリのバージョン、OS、OS の地域設定、機能の利用（ロックされた機能の表示、体験の開始、アップグレード・購入ページを開く、ライセンスの適用）と、インストール時に作成したランダムな ID を送信します。モバイルアプリは接続方法や画面モードなどの利用統計を送信します。決済が完了すると、サーバーが売上集計のために金額、通貨、プラン、支払い方法を送信します。この決済記録は地域にかかわらず送信し、分析に同意した場合に限り同じランダムな ID でアプリの利用記録と関連付けます。メールアドレス、アカウント ID、ライセンスキー、デバイス識別子は送信しません。
選択：EU・EEA・英国・スイスでは同意後にのみ送信します（同意前のウェブサイトは Cookie を使わない信号のみ）。その他の地域では既定で送信し、ウェブサイトの Cookie 設定またはパソコンアプリの「設定 > 利用統計を送信」でいつでもオフにできます。
クラッシュレポート：匿名のクラッシュログ — バグ修正目的。
購入情報: 有料ライセンスの決済は決済代行のPaddleが処理します。ライセンス発行とサポートのためにメールアドレス、取引ID、ライセンスキー、端末識別用ハッシュを保存し、カード情報は保存しません。

3. デバイス間接続

ローカル接続はインターネットなしでWi-FiまたはUSBを利用できます。アカウントを使うリモート接続はFullstackhub Connectで接続をネゴシエートし、暗号化されたWebRTCで画面、音声、入力をデバイス間で直接転送します。

4. サードパーティサービス

Paddle: 決済代行（Merchant of Record）。Paddleプライバシーポリシー参照。
Google Analytics・Firebase（Google）：利用統計とクラッシュレポート。Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

5. データセキュリティ

ローカル接続とリモート接続の両方で、デバイス間通信に暗号化プロトコルを使用します。業界標準のセキュリティ対策を実施しています。

6. お子様のプライバシー

当社は13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集いたしません。そのような情報が収集されたと思われる場合は、ご連絡ください。

7. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更は更新日とともにこのページに掲載されます。

Account, sign-in, and license data

Any Display uses an account-based sign-in and license system. Depending on how you sign in, we process:

Email address, display name, account identifier, and sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or email)
Encrypted sign-in tokens and session information needed to keep you signed in
Plan, trial, purchase, entitlement, registered-computer, and device-identification information
Connection metadata needed to discover devices on the same account and negotiate remote connections; screen, audio, camera, and input content is not stored by us

We use this data to authenticate you, prevent account mixing and fraud, activate purchases, enforce simultaneous sign-in limits, connect your devices, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. Google and Apple process identity-provider data under their own privacy policies; Paddle processes payment data; Firebase processes analytics and crash data subject to your consent settings.

Account and data deletion

Delete your account from Account management in a supported Any Display desktop app, or request deletion from your registered email address at support@anydisplay.app.
We verify ownership and complete email requests within 30 days.
Deletion removes the login account, profile, email, sessions, registered-device information, trial claims, and account-linked access. Linked licenses are revoked and detached from the account.

Payment, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and deletion-request records may be retained for up to 10 years where required by law. Retained records are not used to sign in or provide the service and are deleted or anonymized after the retention period.
